Take I-70 West past Frederick and Hagerstown (90 miles)
Take Exit 1B (left exit) and merge left onto US 522 South.
Cross the Potomac into West Virginia and continue on US 522 South for five more miles.

From Washington, DC:

Take I-270 North to Frederick, MD (31 miles)
Take Exit 32 and merge onto I-70 West (Hagerstown) (53 miles).
Take Exit 1B (left exit) and merge left onto US 522 South.

From Winchester, Virginia:

Take US 522 North to Berkeley Springs (32 miles).

From Shepherdstown, West Virginia:

Take Maryland Route 65 North (Sharpsburg Pike) 10.5 miles to I-70 West (Hagerstown)
Continue on I-70 West for 28 miles.
Take Exit 1B (left exit) and merge left onto US 522 South.
Cross the Potomac into West Virginia and continue on US 522 South for five more miles.

From Morgantown, West Virginia:

Take I-68 East (Sharpsburg Pike) 105 miles, crossing into Maryland.
Take Exit 82A (Hancock) and merge onto US 522 South.
Cross the Potomac into West Virginia and continue on US 522 South for five more miles.

From Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania:

Take I-376 East 14 miles to Exit 15.
